Ahhh VOLLEYBALL TRYOUTS TOMORROW PLEASE HELP!!?

I have Volleyball tryouts tomorrow at 6:30 before school, and I'm freaking out !! What should I wear? What should I bring in my volleyball bag? And how can I prepare for the tryouts tomorrow?
I have been practicing , btw. ;]

Well I hope you do well at tryouts! I have tryouts in 2 weeks so I'm hyped too

~SHORTS~
most people say you need spandex but you really need time to adjust in them. whatever you feel comfortable in is fine. Just some cotton shorts of athletic shorts will do.

~TOP~
I would wear a loose ( not to loose) t-shirt. Nothing to fitted or uncomfortable. But anything to do will volleyball is really good. Also try to pick bright shirts to make you stand out! I have a shirt with my name on it that I use for gym and it has our school logo on it. So if you have something with your name that would be cool too.

~SHOES~
Okay don't go buy a new pair of court shoes now its too late! because you don't want to wear shoes that you aren't used too. My shoes are Nike air running shoes and work just fine for me so whatever tennis shoes you have will work. I advise you not to wear converse chuck Taylor's however because I can see a rolled ankle waiting to happen!

~VOLLEYBALL BAG~
I would bring a brush and change of clothes. Definitely some deodorant/antiperspirant to use before and after the practice. Maybe another pair of socks too .

~VOLLEYBALL ACCESORIES~
Remeber your knee pads if you have them and an extra hair tie. Also wear high knee highs and brightly colored ones would be awesome!

~TONIGHT~
Stay calm I'm sure you will do great! go to bed at at least 10:00 or 10:30 and pre-pack your bag. Take a bubble bath or something and RELAX!

Wear spandex, found at most sports shops, or shorts, a loose shirt, tennies(make sure that they do not have a black bottom), tall socks, knee pads, hair up(no fancy stuff, just a pony tail), and bangs back. Don't wear your court shoes to practice, bring them in your bag and put them on there. Wear a pair of sweat pants and a sweat shirt to practice and take them off when you change shoes so you don't look like a freak walking around in the cold in your spandex. Bring a water bottle and a snack bar or some fruit. I always like to practice with some gum so that is something that i always like to have with me(but don't make a big show out of it or blow bubbles). If you have a phone, don't forget to turn it on silent and don't text ppl during water breaks. To prepare for tryouts, there is nothing that you can really do other than find out what position you want to play (outside hitter, middle, setter, libero). During tryouts, make sure to have a good attitude the whole time(even if you have to fake it), like encouraging your team,smiling, etc., because most of the time, coaches look at that just as much as skill.
breathe...its going to be fine...where black or navy spandex shorts, or if you don't have any, regular athletic shorts will be fine. You should where your volleyball or athletic shoes (not converse! :) ), ankle braces if you have them, and kneepads. You should bring extra socks, water, and sweatpants or a sweatshirt in your bag. During your tryout just stay focused and most importantly have fun. If it doesn't seem like you are having fun and like what you are doing, 9 out of 10 times you won't get picked. So, just relax, breathe, trust in yourself, and most importantly, have fun!

Relax...The best thing to do in order to perform at your very best is to calm down. You should wear a loose T-shirt and Volleyball spandex. If you don't have any spandex then you can just wear shorts. In your volleyball bag you should have your shoes, water bottle, towel (to wipe off your sweat), a snack (optional), and some extra socks. For the tryouts tomorrow you should make sure that you get enough rest and give yourself enough time in the morning to prepare yourself for the tryouts. I play volleyball and all I do to prepare myself for tryouts and games, I just calm myself down.
Don't freak out. Relax yourself. Don't stress. You need to wear a loose t-shirt, so you can move around, you also need to where a good pair of spandex. Don't have any? Just wear plain black cotton shorts. You also need to wear a good pair of knee-pads and a good pair of court shoes or tennis shoes. In your bag you need to bring several waters. Here is a good tip, bring a water for every hour you are there so you know you wont run out. Go to bed early so you will have enough energy in the morning. Practice, practice, practice, even if you already think you practiced enough you want to keep your skill going. Believe in yourself that you can do it. Never tell yourself that you can't do it, or for sure your not going to make the team. They will be looking for all the basic skill that you can do well. Take a bubble bath or something to relax. my tryouts were in the morning, same time tooo. wear spandex, unless you dont have them, it doesnt really matter, just wear black shorts, and if you dont have those, any shorts, and any random t shirt! just throw some sweats on over your shorts to wear there. and then bring knee pads if you have them, waterbottle, ummm volleyball shoes if you have them, and then i guess the clothes you are going to wear for schoool. make sure you get plenty of sleep, because you dont want to be tired. make sure you wear your hair up, because some coaches hate when your hair is down. goood luck!!!!
wear shorts and a looser t shirt and knee pads if you have any. and make sure you bring a water bottle. do you want to be a setter? if so setting against the wall will help. you can also bump the ball against the wall or to yourself. and wall traps will help for serving just stand close to the wall toss the ball and slam it against the wall as though your serving. just relax have fun and be aggressive!
okay pretty much to go along with everybody else's here are some little tips.. never duck for a ball, don't be scared of it, but also make sure that you show your not scared of any task your coach gives you. have good hustle, when your tired but your hands over your head and breath, call the ball (for my team we say "i go" but i'm not sure what they say for yours) always! don't talk focus on you and what your doing, if you have a weak spot show your coach that your trying and you WILL improve but also NEVER ever say you can't my coach never likes it when you say that. make sure you move your feet that also shows your hustling :) i hope i helped just also remember to HAVE FUN ;)
Before Tryouts:
Get good sleep, eat a well balanced breakfast, and relax.

During Tryouts You'll Need:
Bottled water, kneepads, physical..ect.

What to Wear:
spandex (if you don't have any..athletic shorts),t-shirt, kneepads, sneakers/volleyball shoes, socks,hair up.

-just relax, do your best, hustle, and don't psyc yourself out (:
first off, dont freak out!!! just stay calm. the more relaxed you are at the tryout (and not relaxed like not doing anything) the more the coach will want you. you should wear a tshirt that has to do with volleybal or a sport or some kind of sports team (not too baggy or long or else it looks like youre not wearing any pants!, spandex (some people are comfortable with em, some arent. its your call), knee pads (not completely neccesary, but recommended. not the big bubble ones!!!!! coaches dont want people that wear knee pads that are bigger than their thigh), good court shoes (volleyball shoes are great but regular running/court shoes will work just fine), wear your hear up unless u have really short hair and pull your bangs back if u have em!!!!! i would bring a water bottle and that should just about do it.
passing: just keep your passes simple and dont swing your arms!!!
stay low and get under the ball
setting: contact the ball right before it hits you on the forehead
keep your hands right by your forehead dont drop them down to your chin!
use your legs
hitting: swing hard! show the coach that you have what it takes to be a good hitter
do a proper approach!
serving: get the ball in the court!!!!!!!!!!!! then show off... :)

just dont freak out!!!!!!

Wear spandex (or shorts), sneakers (preferably volleyball sneakers), a t-shirt (gym-clothes type of shirt), and long socks. Bring kneepads, ankle braces (if you have them), hair ties, and lots of water.
To prepare you should stretch and do some light warm-up excercises.
